Direttore scientifico della Società Arcadia Ricerche S.r.l., insediata nel Parco Scientifico e Tecnologico di Venezia, che si occupa di di diagnostica, ricerca e sperimentazione nel settore dei Beni Culturali e dell’Edilizia.

Direttore della associazione Scienza e Beni Culturali.

Organizzatore del convegno internazionale Scienza e Beni Culturali che annualmente si svolge a Bressanone.

In particolare le competenze professionali di maggiore rilievo riguardano:

Diagnostica e monitoraggio, caratterizzazione dei materiali originari, sviluppo metodologie operative ed assistenza ad operazioni di restauro, Sperimentazione e proposizione di nuovi prodotti e tecnologie, redazione piani di manutenzione.

Svolge con regolarità consulenze per enti pubblici, aziende e privati.

Consulting and coordination of cultural heritage conservation interventions.

Some of the most significant activities:

-Study and experimentation of new systems for the reconstruction and protection of wall ridges in the archaeological areas of Paestum and Velia (Superintendence of the BAAAS of Salerno and Avellino)

-Feasibility study for a conservation project of the monumental archaeological area of the Central Baths of Porto Torres (SS) (soprintendenza di Sassari)

-Pilot project for the consolidation of excavated earth (Municipality of Venice)

-Supervision-trial consolidation of the decorative stone of the Chapel of the Holy Shroud in Turin

(Piedmont superintendence of Architectural Heritage)

-Advice to the diagnostic and planning for the complex "Punta della Dogana" in Venice, the International centre for Contemporary art. (Palazzo Grassi - Pinault Foundation)

-Maintencance plans for the Galleries of Venice (Soprintendenza BAEP Venezia).

-Advice for the restorations of the mosaics and stone surfaces of the Theatro Municipal de Rio, Rio de Janeiro Brasil (Fundacao Theatro Municipal)

-Preliminary study for the restoration of pagodas in Yixian  Cina.

-Coordinating research project Archaic Man of Altamura (Apulia Regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage)

-Development, fine-tuning and testing of products and application methodologies for the restoration of the underground area of the Cathedral of Venzone (UD)
